All of Becky’s pieces were originally found
on the street, at garage sales, and local thrift stores throughout NJ, CA and CT.
Each has been upcycled to live on with a new look or purpose.

baubles

CANDLESTICKS

Part of Becky’s ‘Bauble’ Collection, these candlesticks were originally unpainted wood. They were found at a local thrift store in Guilford, CT. 11” high, fits 3.5” candle diameter. Colors are teal, turquoise, purple/lavender, green, and black/white. $35 for one, $65 for both.

POPCORN BOWL

This bowl was found thrifting in Guilford, CT, and is perfect for any dry goods. It is made of agatized wood, and should not be used in the microwave or dishwasher. To clean the outside and inside, simply wipe with a damp cloth. Navy blue and teal checks make up the body, followed by shellac and poly for preservation. 12” diameter, 3.5” high. $45

hall of mirrors

PLAID

This 9”x18” mirror was found at a thrift store in Guilford, CT, and now boasts a plaid of deep yellow, gold, blue, and turquoise with sides of black and white checks. A coat of shellac adds warmth, and gives it an aged look, while poly helps to preserve it. $75

SPONGE-WORTHY

This mirror was an 18”X28” plain wooden mirror found in a garbage heap on Lover’s Lane in Guilford, CT. Its new colors were sponged on - lavender, red, green, turquoise, and yellow. ‘Aged’ with coats of shellac and poly. $90

COURT JESTER

this 10” square mirror was a plain wood and re-found in the garage. Painted in black and white checkerboard, with some pinks and turquoises thrown in as well. It is finished with an amber shellac and poly for warmth and preservation. $40

DASHED

This 12” square mirror was plain wood and found in the back of the garage. It is painted white with black dash marks on it, and is finished with an amber shellac and poly for warmth and preservation. $60

ONE HUNDRED AND ONE

This 14” square mirror was plain wood and found in the back of the garage. It’s painted white with black polka dots (made with a carrot and pencil eraser), and is finished with an amber shellac and poly for warmth and preservation. $70
